Leon and Valerie Hunt have owned KTKC 92.9FM since late last year. They revamped the station and brought it back on air January 2009. They also own 2 stations in Texas and another in Mansfield, Louisiana. 

Darrel Hughes

Darrell has worked at KTKC since the very beginning. Jill Hodges

Jill Hodges is the newest member of the KTKC 92.9 Fm team.   Jill answers the phone, is in sales, and loves being “live” on the “Morning Show” with Darrel and Adam week-days from 8:00 until 9:00.  If you'd like to contact Jill about sales or anything else, e-mail her at jill@ktkcfm.com. She has been an active volunteer in her hometown of Springhill for many years, serving as Entertainment Director for the Springhill Lumberjack Festival and The American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life”. Jill enjoys singing with her husband, Steve, and friends in their band “Loose Gravel” and she plays the piano on Sundays at Springhill Christian Church. Being a part of her hometown Radio Station, KTKC, is a blessing Jill just has to smile about.  



Brad Hughes

Brad Hughes does the sports broadcasts for KTKC FM Radio. Tune in to KTKC 92.9FM on game nights to hear Brad.

Hal Moore

Legendary Denver broadcaster Hal Moore has achieved what few ever will: a lifelong career in radio. Hal’s 40 plus years in radio include evening-show host and music director at KIMN in Denver, drive-time show host and music director at Cleveland’s WKYC and an unheard of 28 years on Denver KHOW’s “Hal and Charley” morning show. In addition to his unique on-air work and roles as music and program director, Hal has also held the positions of operations and station manager. He has received the Gavin Music Director of the Year and Billboard’s AC Personality of the Year awards and been nominated for the Radio Hall of Fame.

Shannon Stone

Shannon started her radio career in her hometown of Denver, Colorado at Top 40 KS104. She got the “programming bug” from watching veteran leaders create exciting, fun radio and has had the opportunity to program Classic Rocker KYJT in Arizona and the legendary Country station KKCS in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Craig "Catfish" Hunter

Craig Hunter joins Dial Global’s True Country team after working at Jefferson-Pilots’ legendary KYGO in Denver. Prior to that he spent ten years at Atlanta’s WSTR/STAR 94 where his “Little Radio Show” won five consecutive A.I.R. (Achievement In Radio) awards as “Atlanta’s Best Afternoon Drive Show”. In addition to his achievements in radio, Catfish loves hanging with his hound dogs and can be found hacking a golf ball out on any course, even in the winter.

Chuck Leary

Over the past 35 years, Chuck has combined his passion for playing the hits on radio with recording and tour managing some of the greatest artists of all time, including America, The Beach Boys, and The Bee Gees. In radio, Chuck has been an on-air personality, producer and programmer on stations from KWAV in Monterey, California to the legendary KYGO in Denver. He thrives on listener interaction, and their calls are always welcome!


Joyce Jefferson

After years of working for country stations KTOM and KRTY in California and KYGO in Colorado, Joyce brings her warmth and humor to True Country. She’s a seasoned radio professional and frazzled mom to three girls – a preteen and preschooler twins. “I live in the real world, with a husband, kids, a career and a minivan.
